Price, Payment, Postage, Delivery and Returns

Price

The prices shown are in Pounds Sterling and include taxes.
Postage and packaging charges are extra and apply to UK orders.
Overseas orders will require additional shipping charges, please contact Truly Trossachs prior to ordering.
Postage fee is £2.95 for orders under £30, orders over this will be free of charge.

Payment

No goods will be dispatched until full payment is recieved. Payment should be made via the website through PAYPAL. This is secure and no credit card details are retained by Truly Trossachs.
You may pay by cheque, but purchases will not be dispatched until funds are cleared in my bank account. Please contact mail@trulytrossachs.co.uk if you wish to pay by cheque.
I take no responsibilty for any charges incurred on your card when purchasing from Truly Trossachs.

Delivery

Delivery should be within 5 working days, I aim to dispatch within 48 hours. This does not include weekends or bank holidays.
I accept no liability for delays caused by postal strikes or severe weather conditions.
My items are packaged well, I accept no reponsibility for items damaged by Royal Mail or courier services. If there is a problem please contact me.

Returns and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase.
Any item can be returned if you are not satisfied with the product as long as it is in an unused condition with the original packaging.
If you wish to exchange your product please return within 14 days of receipt, stating your requirements. An exchange will incur additional postage charges.

Refunds

Simply return your item within 14 days of receipt in an unsued, sealed, re-saleable condition, clearly stating your reason for refund.
I will reinburse you the full cost of the item less the original postage costs. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay their own return costs. If the item is defective, a full refund will be given including any postage costs incurred.

Cancellation

In accordance with the law you have a 7 day " cooling off" period in which you have a right to cancel your order to recieve a full refund. You can cancel your order by emailing mail@trulytrossachs.co.uk.
If however, you have recieved an email confirming dispatch then it will not be possible cancel your order. On reciept of your items please return in a re-saleable condition and you will recieve a full refund within 30 days, less the incurred charges for delivery.
Any payments made by cheque will be refunded by cheque.

Please obtain "Proof of Delivery" from the Post Office for any returned items.

The Terms and Conditions of sale do not affect your statutory rights.

Any dispute is governed by Scottish Law.
